We handle requests for real-time or recently acquired imagery subject to source availability. Satellite revisit schedules, acquisition conditions and processing affect access. Confirm the actual acquisition date, latency and delivery terms for your order; this website is not a live satellite feed.
Can I request a specific location?
Provide the location or area boundary and your intended use. Coverage, source permissions and other applicable restrictions must be checked before an order is agreed.
Is GeoTIFF available?
GeoTIFF is a common format for georeferenced raster imagery. Confirm whether the selected product includes GeoTIFF, its coordinate reference system, bands and metadata.
Can I share or resell the imagery?
Only if the applicable data licence expressly permits it. Access to a file does not automatically grant redistribution, resale or publication rights.
